A CSR initiative of FALCON Group, Bhubaneswar to set up a Girls Football Team in the U13 and U15 age category. The team comprises of Players who are scouted through an extensive trial process conducted for girls from participating urban areas, slums, schools in Bhubaneswar. The Team will take part in various tournaments organized District and State Associations, Reliance Foundation Young Champs (RFYC), School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

A CSR initiative undertaken by Goel Group and implemented by AFA in collaboration with Rukhmini Devi Ashram , Jagdalpur. Aiming to build the strongest girls/ women football team in Chattisgarh. Engaging, involving tribal, underprivileged women to come of age through sports
AFA has agreement with 4 schools to conduct high-performance Football programs for young and budding footballers to get grassroots Football training and enhance their skills to a professional level.
AFA has set up and is operating 4 Community Football Centres at Government Schools and open grounds across 8 Slums in Bhubaneswar. 300+ boys and girls are receiving free Football training daily from All India Football Federation certified Football Coaches.
